I want to give a big thanks out to first med and their staff they have done the most amazing thing that has come to me at myself and my family they have me in a safe place to live a very kind and considerate staff there when you need them and no matter the time you always have somebody there if you need someone to talk to they've reached out to me in many ways and all I can do is thank them for where I am right now that place to live and great healthcar they keep their patients in mind first to make sure everyone's healthy thanks to the staff and everyone at first met and you guys are wonderful staff

There was a mishap with my insurance during my first appointment with FirstMed (not on the part of FirstMed themselves), but the staff was super patient with me and was still able to see me. Josie was especially helpful in helping us understand the process and took time to meet with us independently to clarify things and make sure our needs were met (following the appointment) and next steps we needed to make sure everything was set for the following appointment. Josie even conducted a follow-up phone call before said next appointment to help cover all bases. I go to the north office and Tracy, Lindsay, Grady, Tonya, Ruben, and Jackie are awesome. They're always eager to help and always have a happy smile. They make my day each time I come back.
