The administrative side left a lot to be desired. After paying the company in full, I received a pre-lien notice from one of their suppliers, which was unexpected and concerning. I had to follow up multiple times to ensure that vendor was paid and to obtain the appropriate lien release to protect my property.

First Quality Roofing had the most competitive bid on our home roof, and recently completed a full roofing job which included “re-felting” the entire roof. Their 5 man crew arrived early and was on the roof at 5:30AM each day! They worked hard for 2 days and demonstrated great care and professionalism! We were very impressed with them and appreciated the fact that they were all business! They cleaned up the work site around our home each day and finished a full day earlier than they committed to!! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND First Quality Roofing to anyone considering a roof repair or full replacement!
Had a roof leak in a 15 x 20 area near an HVAC unit. Great service, great price, and obviously they did a GREAT job because we just had 4 days of rain and nothing is leaking. If needed, I’ll use them again.
