The dealership and service dept is the best . any issues they fix right the first time. Professional and courteous they always do a great job . They are awesome i have a 2016 VW tiguan with about 95,000 and it runs like new .

I had - what ended up being - a really good service experience at Centennial Volkswagen with Service Adjuster, John! I'm a fixed-income Senior. I'm giving my visit 5-Stars because John worked within my budget. John did an excellent job! This was my 1st time using Centennial VW Service Dept for major work and I left the office very happy with the outcome. Thanks, again!

Listen... I despise buying cars. The whole process usually feels like trying to do taxes during a root canal--confusing, painful, and full of surprises. But yo, DALLAS? Dallas is that dude. They should honestly be running the whole dealership, the DMV, and maybe even the UN. I rolled in after a dumpster fire of a workday--not needing a car, just looking--and definitely not in the mood for dealership small talk. But Dallas, man... lowkey therapy session turned comedy hour. We talked EDC, movies, and I found out they've never seen Game of Thrones. (We'll work on that.)
