So much fun. Love the spilt classes motivation and energy. Michael, Tiana, Jay, Devany are all exceptional. They set up everything for you. Just come in finish your 45 minutes and your done.
One of the most effective gym I ever being and man it's a great change for 45 minutes workout. Jay, and Jessica is amazing trainers. Once in a while Mark Wahlberg also stop by for workout with us. Highly recommended. You get what you pay for.
My sister introduced me to F45. I've been here a total of three times now. Yesterday we had a great workout with Jay, and today we had another incredible workout with Tiana. My sister is more advanced when it comes to HIIT/and circuit training. Jay and Tiana were very cognizant of everyone in class, and they ensured everyone was training in proper form. We really enjoy the upbeat music. I especially love when they have a live DJ. Do yourself a favor and sign up today! You won't regret it. Summer is coming.
