After explaining my wants to her in phone texts and in person, she knew exactly how to fulfill them and included me in the decision making. I did the HydroLux Facial. My skin is naturally so dry but after this appointment, it was refreshed and so hydrated. I still felt the effects several days after with brighter and cleaner skin. The bed is so comfortable that I dozed off a couple of times. I highly recommend Shelly for any of your services!“

“Service was outstanding and so relaxing. I went in to get the charnel signature facial, best facial I've ever received! I have sensitive skin & acne prone and usually my skin flares up or burns but that wasn't the case here. All the products she used on me were gentle and soothing for my skin. She told me the sources of my acne and talked me through the process of clearing it up. The area was clean and soothing, you get extra blankets if you're cold and listen to relaxing spa music while receiving your service. My favorite parts are the hand massage and neck massage, put me right to sleep!! Also went home with products for my face to help my acne. Definitely going to book again! So glad I found this place.“
