Great variety of glasses there. The staff was great there, Dina helped us both times we were there and was very helpful and kind. Great deal for glasses, 2 for $99. Got my daughter her first pair of glasses there, we'll definitely be back in the future, thanks again!
Normally I visit the Sahara location because they can do glasses same day for my sons strong prescription. However this one is about 2 minutes from my house. We visited there today. Spent some time with Katherine. We picked out glass for both boys. Found out that it would take about two weeks for one pair. She called the Sahara location and they could have them ready by Monday. Went to pay for them over the phone which was $6.92. Every card I had them manually entered came back declined/expired(clearly not based on the card) or rejected. All from different banks and had money in the accounts. I was extremely annoyed with their system and the lack of cooperation from the manager. Katherine called the location back after witnessing my frustration and tried another card. I gave her a questioning look. She used her personal card to pay for my sons glasses. Which hers magically went through manually. I asked her how she wanted me to pay her and she said don’t worry about it for my troubles. I told her I wasn’t leaving the store until she was reimbursed. I am extremely grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond her job to help solve the problem for me. Looking forward to contacting corporate and giving her a glowing review!
