I had my annual exam today and was a little concerned because my previous eye doctor is retiring who is amazing. I was told that she hand picked the new doctors. They were prompt, professional, caring and really listened to you. Chris is still working there and is an asset to Optic Gallery amazing. I saw Dr Richard Eusebio and I can see why she picked him. Dr Richard really knows his stuff. He is very professional, kind,and really listens to your concerns Who said customer service is dead. A huge thank you to the entire staff. We haven’t been to this new doctor and we had Dr. E today, but we really enjoyed our visit. We even took our grandkids which were they were a handful, but the staff was accommodating and patient and they all did a great job and Dr. E did a great job too, so I would highly recommend Optic gallery Hualapai.
Everyone here at Optic Gallery Hualapai is wonderful. Dr. Richard seemed very knowledgeable, caring, and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and was so confident in the care I received. I am so thankful I came to this office. And, their follow up has been great!
