Over 3 years ago we transformed one of our bedrooms into an office for two. In May 2024 we decided it was time to redo the floor as the very old carpet made it difficult to move about on our chairs. We contacted several flooring companies as part of our due diligence in the decisions making process. Express Flooring was among the list of candidates. We were treated with patience and respect from the onset. We were shown many types of floor samples along with their durability and pricing. The Salesman took extra time to phone the office in attempts to fit our modest choice within our fixed budget. We settled on a beautiful Laminate and were comfortable with the cost. Moving on to the installation portion of our business with Express Flooring which was the icing on the cake. Those young men worked nonstop on the install. They too were very respectful and took extra caution not to damage walls, baseboards etc. We have been pleased with many companies that have completed work for us but none as we are with Express Flooring. The floor is beautiful. Sometimes I take a cup of coffee with me to the office just to admire the transformation. Thank you Express Flooring.
Well, to be honest, I’m shocked, I really thought this was all going to start off as a sales pitch, but I have to say I am beyond ecstatic. The entire experience was flawless. Mordecai Davis was my salesman, he was very thorough in his explanation and picking product and just the whole experience left me feeling like I had made a good decision. There was no force, no push, just solid information. Then three days later I had a three man team come in, led by Marco Meza and his 2 assistants Mark & Angel. I can’t say enough about these three men. They arrived at my house at 8:00 and left at 2:00. Both of my rooms were completely done. They moved the furniture out carefully. They were so considerate. They removed all the baseboards and you can’t even tell that they were ever removed. It just blows my mind. I highly highly, highly recommend this company! They do not hire out subcontractors. The gentleman that do the work are gentleman that work for the company and are held accountable and I’ll tell you what that decision to replace my flooring on Thursday night and by Monday afternoon the job was done.
