Excellence Air is the only company I will use, I'm not joking! My warranty company sent me another company to service my AC unit, guy showed up and didn't have the proper refrigerant, left and never returned or called...I got tired of nothing being done. I called Vardan from Excellence (used before), he showed up next day, diagnosed the problem, had the needed refrigerant in his van and problem was resolved in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Excellence Air and always ask for Vardan, can't get a more knowledgeble tech then him.....huge shout out....thank you so much
The technician, Varzan, was on time. His accent is a little thick, but unlike other people I have encountered he was patient when asked to repeat himself.
