Joe found out what was wrong with my laptop fast! He gave me multiple options to solve the issue and was very helpful in explaining what was going on so I knew what I was dealing with! He knows computers!!

My computer's power died, and Joe at Error Out Computer Services was able to diagnose and fix the problem on short notice at a very reasonable price. He was knowledgeable friendly, entertaining, and down-to-earth. Getting the computer fixed so quickly was such a relief, and being able to watch while the repairs were made was extremely appreciated. I recently got a windows 10 computer and was having trouble getting my photos from my camera to the computer. There WAS a way to do it, but it was so much more confusing than Windows 7. A friend recommended Joe M. at ERROR OUT COMPUTER SERVICES. I was a bit hesitant, but I finally called. He came out this morning, gave me a special "first time client" rate, and within 30 minutes had reconfigured the computer so that I could download my photos MUCH EASIER. I can't thank him enough. I've found my new computer expert!!
