My computer's power died, and Joe at Error Out Computer Services was able to diagnose and fix the problem on short notice at a very reasonable price. I recently got a windows 10 computer and was having trouble getting my photos from my camera to the computer. There WAS a way to do it, but it was so much more confusing than Windows 7. A friend recommended Joe M. at ERROR OUT COMPUTER SERVICES. I was a bit hesitant, but I finally called. He came out this morning, gave me a special "first time client" rate, and within 30 minutes had reconfigured the computer so that I could download my photos MUCH EASIER. I can't thank him enough. I've found my new computer expert!!
