While the people here were kind to work with, the person working on our tax return had some knowledge gaps. Specifically around SEP IRA contribution limits, differences between the SE health insurance deduction and the premium tax credit, FINCEN, and more. And then little things like misspelling one of our names, figures being entered slightly incorrectly compared to uploaded documents, etc. While we did learn some new things that reduced our tax liability somewhat, overall we didn't think this was a good value and next year we'll do it on our own.
Deb is the best!!! She is so patient and kind and really goes to work for you. I’ve had several CPAs in the past and no one’s client service comes close to hers. Hiring them is the best decision I’ve made in a long time.
