I been going to Elaine’s for about 17 years now and she never disappoints. Most people complain about greets etc. but she is always on top of her customer service. She is a very busy lady so if she doesn’t have to time greet you every time don’t think she doesn’t notice you, she’s just concentrating on her clients needs like me and making sure they are satisfied. She is awesome at what she does and I will never go anywhere else. Can’t trust anyone else! Remember they are humans also like you and I so treat them with respect just like how you would want it.
I’ve been coming here since 2021 and it’s the only place I trust with my nails. I see Elaine for my manicures and anyone/everyone else for my pedicures. I live in another part of town and will happily make the drive to this place. I love the massage chairs 💆🏼♀️ and now they have a glorious coffee station. Like any service please communicate with your nail technicians on what you want and pictures are very helpful for them.
Elaine is a blessing to this community she gives the best service the best mani/pedi. She is very busy and such a hard working woman! She is the owner of the salon and really is very passionate about her business. She is such an amazing service provider! I am a loyal customer for life. She is the only manicurist that never ever cut me. I have very thin cuticles and I was actually surprised that I didn’t bleed or get cut from her. I have been to many different salons and they all cut me or nick me somehow but not Elaine! Thank you!
