I have personally worked with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The IT department isn't so bad but The administration's tactics to make money through any method possible whether it's fees or lawsuits makes it absolutely terrible. If you decide to do business with this MSP be prepared for a lot of headaches.

Worse company I’ve ever worked with! The help desk techs take over an hour and half to figure out an issue that our boots on the ground IT person came in personally and fixed in less than 5 minutes…. Just one example, happened several times. Not a reputable company, would not recommend. Not BBB accredited, inexperienced technicians.
