Its way less busy which allows you to have better workouts. Machines are still broken and it could be cleaner. Front desk isn't very friendly always talking to there coworkers over engaging with members. Still a good place to get a workout.
Fun place to get busy with your body. Weather you need to lose weight! Add weight! Or to tone body everyday. Take 2 days off. It's how your truly in control of your wants for you workouts. Make a promise es your self-esteem grows as you have fun and take charge. feeling beautifully healthly. Work hard just 2 hrs out of your day and relax in recovery massage chair. Leaving all pains behind where strength places rhose tired muscles. Not given in to being lazy and give up. It's all about no thinking just give your body a routine and you'll see improvements of your own choosing. E joy your new ways.
