My pc was having problems, so i brought it in. They confirmed the issue and after paying the diagnostic fee, they allowed me to take my tower home since i still needed it for work. a few days later i brought in a new part for installation. i dropped it off in the morning and they finished it the same day! The customer service was great and the employees were very friendly. They even helped me get my tower in and out of my car since it was too heavy for me. this is definitely my go-to shop for any computer issues!

The most professional, most honest, most trusted computer repair service company I ever dealt with. Daniel was highly professional, pleasant to work with, and very friendly. He resolved my tech issues comprehensively and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was tested and that we were satisfied with everything before he left. It is very encouraging to know that there are still companies out there that value and prioritize customer service.

I first called Duke of Computers to ask about pricing for my computer repair. My Laptop was running super slow. Michael went over some basic fixes over the phone and after we couldn't resolve the issue I brought it up to there store in Summerlin. Michael didn't talk to much he knew who I was and got straight to business. Fixed my laptop quickly and I was on my way. Great prompt service! Would highly recommend
