Amazing doctor and staff! They are currently treating me for dry eye and even after one treatment, I'm noticing an improvement in my symptoms. Getting an appointment is easy, and there is no wait once you get there. I also like that when you call, a human being answers the phone instead of a recording like many other places. They really put the human touch back into eye care. Also, they are great about answering all of my questions; I can admit that I'm a bit high strung and high maintenance, but they are patient and kind with me and I really appreciate that. :)
Absolutely love the service and experience I have here. JR and Dr. Hsueh are super kind, knowledgeable and helpful - as well as the team they have here. I've been coming here for 10 years and they taught me how to put my very first contacts in. They also have a great selection of frames through the years too.
i went into this office as a walk in to get assistance with a measurement on some glasses ordered online. This is something that many optical offices will not do because you did not order the glasses from them. When i told them i was asking for measurements in the glasses so i could reorder the glasses, and that i was happy to pay for an appointment they said they would work on fitting me in. I waited for an available optical specialist and the manager checked my glasses, he looked at the progressive lenses on a machine in the lab, he took measurements on my eyes and took every care, a very great experience.
