Front staff really need to be on their A game when patients enter. No one greets you and being in the healthcare field myself that's so unacceptable. Front staff seem to enjoy talking even when you're right in front of them. They stop talking and look at you like you're the idiot. I can certainly say that not both of them but one of them seems more annoyed every time someone enters to check in she is also very rude on the phone as well. As a new patient I was aware that paperwork needed to be filled out but it took me an hour and a half to be seen and my daughter and I were scheduled at the same time with other patients at the same time thus putting our... read full review

I tried making an appointment for me and husband and lady on the phone was so rude and of no help. She asked what insurance I had and I answered I wasn't sure, just as I was getting my card out of my wallet to let her know and she said, "Well, I don't know how I can help you!"I know it's best to have your info ready but a little courtesy goes a looooooong way. She didn't seem to have any patience and I just decided to take my business somewhere else. Guess they don't need the business.
