About Door King Inc
Door King Inc. is a business that provides assistance for community properties and offers repair services for doors. Joseph Ekpo from their software support team is commended for his excellent problem-solving skills and patience in helping a community log back into their program and re-register, even going the extra mile to locate the most recent backed up files to avoid re-inputting all resident information. The accounting department is also praised for their helpfulness. In a separate incident, Door King was able to respond to a door frame issue within 24 hours, completing repairs that improved the door's locking mechanism. Although the pricing was higher than expected, the customer found it worth the money considering the fortifications made. Lastly, Door King's repair services are highlighted through the story of a customer who experienced a break-in. Rodger and his partner replaced the damaged front door jam with a new piece of oak, securing it with three-inch screws and installing a new dead bolt and door set. The customer was satisfied with the great job done at a fair price, now having a secure front door.
The Door King is a great resource for all of your door needs. Old school service to keep your doors working as the should.
The appointment was made and they showed up as they said they would. Roger called when they were on the way. They arrived and repaired our double doors with new door bottoms (Door Sweeps to keep the monsoon rains outside).
I would recommend their service for your door and lock needs. Great service will never go out of style! Great service is hard to find!
Great service! Great prices! They were on time and did everything they said they would do! My doors are even better than they were when we moved into our new house in 2007. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great honest company to repair their doors!!
Called for a quote due to my garage entry door to the house needed to be repaired. They were very nice, very honest and fixed the door like it never happened. Roger was very communicative and upfront about the price. Would definitely use again, although hopefully I never will need them again.
