This is a great service experience. Albert showed up on time and started the process to replace the water pressure regulator. He knows what customer service is, he was professional to the max and completed the job flawlessly. Dockside Plumbing is very lucky to have such a great plumber in Albert. Can't be anymore satisfied with the job performed by Albert. Will definitely use Dockside plumbing again. Great job.
I was referred by AHS warranty. My past experience with referrals from AHS has been really bad. But to my surprise Carlos and Dockside Plumbing made an emergency call for me cam out with in the hour, had the parts on his truck, got me up and out of the flood zone in a few minutes. I would highly recommend this company
Our initial appt Albert was the tech. He was great. He explained everything.
2nd appt, Jose was the tech. He finished up our service call. He was always on the phone. Very unprofessional. If I’m paying you, you’re not socializing with people. You’re supposed to be engaged with work.
