DHI has teamed up with Super INSPECTOR. As a local real estate agent I have used Tim and Mike for years. Their knowledge and professionalism is 5 star. Always available if I ever had questions. This review is long overdue. had the BEST experience with DHI. We found Tim through word of mouth and he didn't disappoint... he is the ultimate professional and my husband and I could not be happier with our experience with him. We sought his services after having a negative experience with another home inspector during our escrow who was much less communicative and patient. We found Tim to be respectful of our concerns and generous with his time. He was super honest, easy to talk to, going out of his way to answer all of our detailed questions, and leaving us feeling like we were in expert hands. Unlike our first inspector, Tim insisted on taking care of all the important detail work, like using infrared technology to make sure even the "invisible" issues are revealed. Don't hesitate. Work with them - you won't regret it. Referred him to family in Vegas who have also been very satisfied.
