I had an American standard installed two years ago and at the two year mark it stopped working. CW tried twice to fix it to no avail ( it would just break again the next day). This last time it failed was on a Saturday night at 8 pm. I left a message and within an hour or so, Brittany reached out and sent a technician to install a NEW unit ( same day and within the hour).. all free of charge. Thank you CW

I called up in desperate search of an odd filter size, not expecting much. I was so very surprised that Ben @ CW not only took the time to listen to my rant, but also advised me on a safe and effective workaround to use commonly-found AC filters. Ben not only solved my problem and saved me money without me even being a customer, he called me the next morning to follow up and check to make sure all was well. Thanks to his advice, all is well and I'm happily enjoying AC again. Thank you so much Ben and the CW Mechanical team! I'll be calling you to service our AC regularly from now on.

Our AC stopped cooling, I called a few different companies, nobody gave me same day appointment. They did. Technician Ben came and fixed it quick and charged me reasonable price. Also gave me military discount for %15 off, which made me so glad, usually %10. So, I totally recommend this company.
