I have been taking my 15 year old Shih Tzu Sporty to Brook since I adopted her at age 1. She just loves Brook and I just love Brook for caring so much about her. She also has my boy Jax too. I adopted my Maltipoo in October 2023. She now is a year old and loves to go see Brook, she does such a beautiful job styling her, even though Wednesday is a bit cra-cra but so sweet and Brook just handles her with loving care. Thank you Brook for being so sweet and caring to my babies and to me!
We've been taking our Shelby to Brook for a while and she's always been great. The well being of our pup was always a concern with Brook and Shelby always came home just perfect, the way we liked it. Unfortunately Shelby crossed the Rainbow Bridge and we miss her terribly but plan on getting another dog and we will for sure be back to see Brook! Thx Brook for always taking care of Shelby! <3
I have been bringing my Malti-poo Benjamin to Brooke at Critical Clips for a couple years now. After going through a few other groomers in the area that I could tell my pet did not care for at all. He would get so scared and shake and overheat. 1st time after picking him up from Brooke , I could tell he was much calmer and not stressed out as he had been at the other groomers. And at later appointments he doesn’t fear going inside to see her like he had with others in the past. This means the world to me. You can tell she’s an animal lover.
