Love working out here, all the instructors are so kind and welcoming and they provide modifications for every individual in the class so we all get what we need out of it. Love the flexibility classes, Merrie always asks what people want to focus on, its a great place. Plus the pricing is a really good deal for unlimited classes.
It felt like a speakeasy when this studio is through a door of the deja vu love boutique store. The instructors are very helpful & open to all levels. The have all types of classes to help you reach your pole goals.
All the classes are fun but Merrie is an exceptional teacher with lots of knowledge of the body and caters to each persons needs. I don’t always make it but try to take her class every single day, it has changed and helped my body so much! 10 out of 10 would recommend any of her classes :)
