Joseph solved the problem immediately (the wifi adapter was gone), and not only that! I had never dreamed this old, frustratingly slow laptop could pick up speed, but after his brilliant work on it (including checking for viruses, installing a new, up-to-date drive, and creating a much easier layout for me), I now have a brand-new (speedy!) laptop! Beautifu!
By the way the cost was reasonable, and if I ever, ever have any problem in the future, I will call on Computers.Vegas! I highly recommend them!

My p/c was very very slow. I called them and Joseph responded. He suggested that I needed a new computer. I agreed and he proceeded to purchase for me a new one (within my budget). He was able to copy ervery thing, includeing programs, frolm my old to the new computer. It works perfectly .

I called to get my Macbook Air laptop's screen fixed. Joseph was very helpful and nice! He picked it up, repaired it and dropped it back off to my house in less than 24 hours! Such great customer service and repair!! Will definitely recommend and keep in mind for our next electronic repair :)
