I called with a question about a wifi connection problem with my PC. I'd gone to another repair shop and was told to buy an adapter without them even looking at my computer. So i did. Installed it. Still encountered the same problem. Called Compudoc because i didn't remember where the original shop was. He was so kind, patient and informative. Explained the other possible issues. Sent me a link for a cable to bypass the problem. Did not charge me for his time. Was patient with my questions. I really appreciated his hospitality. 10/10 would do business with them in the future and definitely recommend.
Great experience. Very informative and experienced. Has late hours. Now that we no longer have computer part stores here, or places that are open late. He was right on time getting our daughter’s computer power switch fixed and faster. Will definitely bring our future fixes to him.
I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. This review is long overdue. 8months specifically. It's sketchy for me to look for any trustworthy repairman for ANYTHING. But oh MAN, these guys are the real deal.
I strolled in start of the afternoon at 2 o clock looking to fix my prebuilt pc's problem which was a faulty cooler they just come with preinstalled. I thought giving it to em on a Friday I wasn't going to get it back until Monday.
Long story short- IT TOOK TWO HOURS. SAME DAY. Mad men.
