The own is amazing , he took the time to trouble shoot my computer & to make sure everything was right before I left . Very good people & I will be recommending all my friends to go see him if they have computer trouble ! 10/10
I called with a question about a wifi connection problem with my PC. I'd gone to another repair shop and was told to buy an adapter without them even looking at my computer. So i did. Installed it. Still encountered the same problem. Called Compudoc because i didn't remember where the original shop was. He was so kind, patient and informative. Explained the other possible issues. Sent me a link for a cable to bypass the problem. Did not charge me for his time. Was patient with my questions. I really appreciated his hospitality. 10/10 would do business with them in the future and definitely recommend.
Great experience. Very informative and experienced. Has late hours. Now that we no longer have computer part stores here, or places that are open late. He was right on time getting our daughter’s computer power switch fixed and faster. Will definitely bring our future fixes to him.
