I had a great experience with my tax preparer. I was very anxious going into my appointment, but they immediately made me feel comfortable. They were professional, patient, and explained everything clearly. The entire process went much smoother than I expected and I really had a mess!
Josue at compass tax was very friendly and full of information other tax prep agents don't talk to you about. Would definitely come back for his services.
They do handle other types of services at this business which keeps them open year round. So he told us if we ever had any questions about our returns they are at the office the whole year to answer any types of questions. Other tax office just stay open till tax season ends and that's it. No one to call if any questions arise after your returns have been submitted. So this was a bonus they stay open for any concerns.
Thank you Josue for your time and services.
Compass Tax has been great. It was an easy process, called booked an appointment, did my taxes within the week.
If you can, book Marcos! He was fantastic, completely thorough, and is really easy to ask questions. I’ve been looking for a tax home and I finally found it. Thank you everybody!
