When I think of Closet World, the words that come to mind are Value-added Customer Service, Professionalism, Knowledgeable, Attentiveness and Amiable. Your Sales Rep Anna contacted me immediately by phone on Sunday right after I sent a Request for Quote. She scheduled a Designer to be at my home on Tuesday at 10:00 am.Pauline Bergeron-Poncher arrived on time and I felt from the beginning that she was here to help me create a functional design that met my criteria. I trusted her as I felt that a Senior Certified Interior Designer was more than qualified to advise me rather than sell me. Kaia was wonderful to work with. We did initial planning pretty far ahead of the installation but when it came time to install she was there. Changes were easily made. I did encounter one customer service rep on the phone when trying to schedule the install, who was a bit shirt and rude but Kaia definitely made up for that. Very happy with the final project. I highly suggest soft close hinges. I actually don't remember talking about those but will have them changed out for the linen cabinet area.

Everyone I worked with was so helpful and responsive. Lauren was easy to work with. Lino was amazing! He worked hard to ensure everything was perfect! Michael followed up to ensure we were pleased. I highly recommend Closet World.
