Sales process left a little to be desired. Changing plans, and drawings and it wasn’t as sure footed as it should have been. Installation dates moving around a bit. BUT, when the team showed up to install, they were rock stars. They hustled, their work was top notch, and my garage floor looks amazing. Where we had a small issue, Steve the installation manager took care of it and made it a priority. 4 stars for sales, 5 stars for everything else. Highly highly recommend!!!
We absolutely love how everything turned out! Shawna was great to work with and did a great job designing the space even though we had a smaller space to work with she was able to get everything we wanted and made the most of every inch. The installers were fast, professional, and left absolutely no mess behind. Overall great experience!
Lee Rossi has been the best designer. She’s helped our family multiple times and has always designed every closet just perfect always exceeding my expectations. She’s absolutely amazing.
