We were fortunate to have Anthony Zarate from the Closet Factory come out to give us a quote on our master bedroom closet. Anthony was extremely professional and after listening to us on what we wanted offered us options to maximize our space. Anthony was very polite and was not the pushy salesman that everyone hates doing business with. He followed up when he said he would and we look forward to our completed closet project. I had been wanting to create a wall unit in an awkward space and didn't know where to begin. I was in Costco when a young lady from closet factory got my attention and we had a conversation. I was very drawn in by this young lady's professionalism, that I decided to set up an appointment for her to come to my house and look at the space. Maddy (the designer and young lady I met at costco representing closet factory) was on time, professional and came up with very helpful ideas. Very happy with the work Thomas R. and Demis did in our master closet. Thomas did a great job on the design and It turned out great. Pretty basic but it’s beautiful and I am so excited! Demis did great on the install and treated our new home with respect. Definitely recommend Closet Factory and will absolutely use them for future closet needs.
