Despite minor language barriers, the staff is courteous, friendly, and skilled in their craft. The treatment is friendly, the prices are good, and the staff do their job very well. The manager, Tracy, is described as the nicest with great communication. The rooms are always clean, and the prices are clearly posted. Customers report a sense of peacefulness when entering and bliss when leaving. With affordable prices, Classic Massage Spa is a great choice for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
This place is awesome, and I had a memorable experience. I got Miyagi’s contact from a friend, who highly recommended her, so I booked an appointment right away.
When I arrived, she welcomed me professionally and made me feel comfortable from the start. She has an incredible personality and clearly knows how to make clients feel at ease. Although the session began more quickly than I expected and our expectations weren’t completely aligned at first, we talked through everything respectfully.
As the appointment continued, the atmosphere became much more relaxed. Miyagi took the time to make sure I was comfortable, and her techniques were both soothing and effective. Toward the end of the session, she apologized for the earlier misunderstanding and even extended my time, which I really appreciated. That thoughtful gesture completely changed my impression and showed that she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience.
By the time I left, I felt much better about the visit and was impressed by her professionalism and kindness. I’m already looking forward to booking a longer two-hour session next time.

Sunny is the best she has some healing hands she not only made me feel better but heal me in many ways . The way she takes her time and she knows what she doing makes it even better I’m glad I’m able to drive from Vegas to colorado with no pain at all . I will definitely fly out to get massages from her no lie ! The staff is great with customer service . Thank you SUNNY once again for my experience and walking me through the pain I enjoyed .
I had a 90 minute massage with May and she did amazing job. Perfect pressure and felt great after the massage. I'm definitely coming back! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!
