It really depends on who answers the phone. I called last week and spoke to Majir who was condescending and deterring me from paying off this debt and even gave me false information. He said I had to come in person to settle the matter. I called back to try and see how long the process would take to see if I could stop by after work and I spoke to KIA who was very helpful and understanding. She explained all my options and the differences thoroughly allowing my to pay off the debt online in full and walking me through it. The call took 10 minutes and the debt is settled. It could’ve been handled sooner if I didn’t have to jump through hoops with Majir. Thank you KIA.
Based on these reviews, I walked into the office expecting to be there for hours or not getting anything done... Instead, I was out in 15 minutes and I had my payment cleared up. The woman at the front desk, Iris, was extremely nice and I'm thankful for her help. Y'all are just mad because you're not financially responsible. Pay your bills.
Saw this on my credit report and the collection was accurate. Called and spoke to Tracy. Very professional and easy to work with. Paid the bill online, got the deletion letter and it's getting removed from the report. Easy peasy.
