I was getting multiple bids to rip out The carpet and tile in my house and replace with LVP flooring. Right away, the responsiveness, attentiveness and willingness to explore options by their Salesman, Brian was outstanding. Not only did he text back or call back within five minutes every single time, but he had zero issue with changing the bid or looking into different material materials to fit in my budget. He also volunteered to drop samples off to my house after work hours, which was very impressive. I highly recommend Carpets Galore Flooring for quality flooring choices. We are very happy with the carpet and installation. The staff was patient, knowledgable and professional from beginning to end. The installers were very helpful with moving our furniture. We shopped at 3 different flooring stores before deciding on Carpets Galore. We were given many choices of carpet to fit our budget, and beautify our home.
We recently had Carpets Galore install carpet in our new house. The whole experience was top notch. Oscar was great to work with, answered all our questions and provided knowledgeable feedback. We got the high quality carpet we wanted with a quick install date. The installers did a fantastic job. Love how well the carpets lays. They cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there.
