We did a 100’ couples message. The facility is fine. It reminds me of a dentist office. The therapists were 10 minutes late retrieving us. There are other common practices that they passed on.
If you can, I recommend checking out the Wynn or Cosmo spa instead.
The spa is okay & the pedicure was good but not for the price point. It is in need of a refresh and I found the experience underwhelming. However, I did enjoy the heated loungers & herbal room but it is so small and only fits 4 people so I could only enjoy it one time. The igloo room was weak but I’m Canadian so I imagine for others it might actually be cold. Overall, I would not go back. There are way better spas that I can visit in Canada at a better price. When they remodel, they should do something similar to Sparkling Hill in Kelowna, BC.
I had my hair and makeup done by the team from Canyon Spa and Ranch for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. One of the best parts was that they came right to my room, which made the whole process so easy, comfortable, and relaxing.
The entire team was amazing—so kind, professional, and incredibly talented. I asked for a natural makeup look, and the artist (I didn’t catch his name) absolutely nailed it.
