a beautiful place to train, with coaches well prepared and available to help you. It's easy to form a group and it's an excellent opportunity to meet lots of nice people. it's not a commercial gym and when you are there you feel like you are part of this big family and it is a small and cozy space. I did the first week of free trial and I immediately felt at ease, unfortunately since I live in Italy I won't be able to sign up, but I wish there was a gym identical to this where I live. I would recommend everyone to go or at least try it and then fall in love with it!
Camp Rhino is amazing! Great coach's, great atmosphere, great people, and the equipment is top of the line! I usually go in the morning with coach John, and is he is such a great coach! He knows when you have more in the tank, but also when you should take it down a notch! I was fairly new when I started here, and they really helped develop my skill and form. This place is great if you are new to the workout world, experienced, or anywhere in between! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have been going to Camp Rhino for about a month now and I absolutely love it!! I have never done crossfit before, but I am able to come in and do the workouts thanks to the excellent trainers there who have helped me to adjust. John, in particular, has been amazing. He has shown me different variations of the exercises so that I can participate. I'm not in it for the competition of cross fit, but for the competition of bettering myself, and he understands that. The entire Camp Rhino family has been amazing!!
