Did my tax service here and it was done Incorrectly. I’m wasting my time to resolve the solution which shouldn’t be happening if my service was done right. I asked for a refund but they said no. Only come here if you have a bunch of free time.

Well, I don't think I will be returning for the next tax season. I had a form for my brother in the mail owing the IRS from a previous tax return for over 3000. I was never able to get ahold of anyone for answers for months at C&A as I was encouraged to speak to her first by the IRS. After several attempts, the IRS was willing to help me by making an exception if I had to hire someone else willing to assist me. Everyone refused to help me as it was not their work to correct. Once I spent a good penny to get them fixed, it was a very long process to settle with the IRS on my own. I was disappointed as I am unsure if others will come back with the same issue for my family....read full review
