Service technician showed up within agreed upon appointment window. He was helpful, polite and took time to explain everything he was doing. When he left my plumbing issue was resolved and I was satisfied with the service and experience.
Bumble Breeze came out today to take a look at our heating and cooling system. Grady was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job examining our system. He was up in the attic, and took a lot of photographs that he later emailed to us. Various options were discussed, including their reasonable maintenance program. Here is Southern Nevada, it's imperative to stay on top of your system, especially the air conditioner in summer. We will continue to use Bumble Breeze for our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend.
This is my third review over the years that I have used Bumble Breeze for AC/Heating maintenance. Fernando was the tech for the winter maintenance this time and found that the duct work for one of my units was deteriorating. I could see from his pictures the tears in the ducts and the insulation leaking. So I needed three duct lines replaces, including changing out one 16 inch duct to a 20 inch duct due to the unit I had being one of the newer models required due to federal regulation in 2023. The newer models are a bit more powerful and cleaner for the air so the 16 inch duct we had for our newest unit was too small causing the unit to work harder than it should. From the time of install, I noticed the unit seemed to be a bit louder than my 2021 unit, so that was due to the smaller duct. Anyway, Jesus and Eduardo came out to do the duct replacement and they did an outstanding job. It isn't easy climbing into a dusty attic and maneuvering around, but they were competent and worked hard. Cleaned up perfectly, no mess during or after the work. I could tell the difference after they finished, the unit was running as quiet as my 2021 unit. I also had a duct cleaning thrown in and Douglas did a fine job with that. He also made sure that everything was clean and neat both during and after the work. Thanks also to Jason for working with me on the cost of the duct work. There was no upsell like other folks have complained about. We negotiated and the price to me was fair. All in all, we are very satisfied with the work and how we were treated by BB.
