Daniel did a great job in getting our 20+ year old AC system back online. We have had issues over the years with the float switch getting clogged and shutting the AC system down. The float switch shut the AC off in June and again the first of September. The company I've used before told me I needed to hire a plumber to clear the drain line from the furnace to the primary drain which means I had to hire an AC tech and a plumber which is generally going to be costly. I needed an AC company that also had a knowledgeable AC & Plumbing service tech who could reset the float switch & clear the drain line properly. Matthew was awesome and transparent in what is needed and the best price! He is very helpful in all the questions I was concerned about and made the process of upgrading my ac in my house due to old age! Thank you again Joseph and the team for the installation of the AC units! Other than now I have a piece of mind when my dog is home alone I know hes comfortable and now I can monitor the temp in my house!
Sorry for answering this late. Very happy with outcome of our A/c we survived the heat. The guy you send was very knowledgeable of his job. I am happy That I did not make mistake in choosing Bob’ repair. For others who will have their A/c repair take Bobs repair, they are excellent you will not regret.
