I recently had solar panels installed on my 3 residences in Las Vegas. Primarily worked with Lenard for the financing portion as well as other aspects of the project. Lenard was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Anything I asked of him, he looked into it and replied very quickly. Right now, it seems that solar panel companies are being created in the Vegas Valley daily but I would recommend that despite what solar panel company you choose, ask if they are connected with Lenard and you will get the best service with regard to your financing and any other issues that may come about with your project! My experience with blink energy has been amazing from the very start.From the beginning I was treated great everything was explained to me in full detail .When I had question or concerns I was always treated with the upmost respect and had my questions answered in a timely manner Lenard is simply amazing never once let me think he was to busy to answer my questions. If your thinking about going solar give Blink Energy the opportunity to offer you the best service you can ask for . Customer service is alway on top of the very thing even after your panels are installed .

I was promised 2 months of service before I would have to pay my first month. That never happened. I have been trying to get a check for my first month and was told the finance dept would mail me out a check and it has now been over 2 months and still no check. Then I was told by Lenard Henderson that he would personally take care of it and he is now ignoring my calls and text messages. If you want good customer service don't buy from blink energy. Once they have The sake everything else goes out the door
