They were extremely efficient with my remodeling project, and most importantly, they were very supportive and understanding when the unavoidable snags happened. When engaging in projects like this, where the unpredictable can be a common occurrence, it is comforting to know that you have someone with your best interest in mind on your team. We absolutely love our new kitchen thanks to Nathan, David, and everybody else on their team. In addition to new countertops and backsplash, we particularly wanted a large and irregular-shaped island, and Big Horn Remodeling was the only contractor willing to work with us on building it the way we wanted. Communication was easy and mostly through texting, which we prefer. Any issues we had, they were quick to send someone out to remedy it.
