Professional, fast, friendly service. Very welcoming staff. I needed an alteration (non rush) but the owner was willing to accommodate if needed. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes after trying on my garment for the alteration assessment and done. Pricing is very reasonable at this family owned business. Being family owned made me feel that I would be taken care of and with the best of care.

My wife needed her gown altered and tailored for a formal gala event, but we required it fairly quick. Although very busy, the lady that managed the store and I'm assuming she was the owner, was very accommodating and helpful.She came through as promised with her time. Best of all, the workmanship and quality were fantastic. Now that is great customer service, and we will be back again.

I needed a quick fix to a dress I was wearing for a gala. The dress was beautiful but so heavy and strapless. I needed more support and brought the dress in to add on straps. They took care of this for me in 3 days! Without seeing the dress before I put it on since my husband picked it up, I was so impressed to see the color match perfectly. They cut pieces from the bottom of the material to match the tulle design and if you didn’t know, you would think the dress came this way. It was a little expensive but worth it to me! Great job!!
