BY FAR THE WORST!!!! EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! IT'S JUST GOING DISAPPOINT YOU!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME!! NOT WORTH IT!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS GUY ZERO STARS! HE DOESN'T DESERVE TO WORK ANYWHERE!!! AT ALL!! AFTER I witnessed how RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL he was for 1ST TIME Customers!! FREDERICK!!! THIS BALD GUY!!!! WHO THINKS HE'S ALL THAT!! HE MUST BE RACIST OR SOMETHING BUT HE's the RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! I booked an appt 2 weeks ahead to get my hair done because I found his acct on IG, should of listened to my gut, because he already seemed kinda shady, that he moved to a different salon, barely have pictures of customers, or customers tagging him, and the pictures he post on IG doesn't even look like his work and Just got them from Pinterest! I should of known! When it just didn't feel right him being all shady! I texted 2 days ago to ask for the address and reminded him I have an appt MAY 3 at 6pm because he said he doesn't work weekends and can work till closing, my husband works 7dAys a week so this was The " ONLY " time that would work so my husband can watch the kids.. this was supposed to be his Mother's Day gift for me, when I haven't gotten my hair done for 5 years! And this is how I got treated??! when I got there, I knocked and knocked multiple times knowing I know someone is inside because I can here music, and so I just waited outside the door since the sign said "OPEN". thinking maybe he's busy finishing up with a customer.. but then I texted him and called him, And I'm not stupid because I CAN hear his phone go off everytime I texted him!! I mean I can here you getting text messages from outside! HOW in the world can you NOT hear me knocking? Using my keys??! So still giving him the benefit of the doubt I texted him saying I'll just wait outside because I still wanted to know what was going on, so I texted him I'll wait outside until 30 mins have already passed! I've been waiting so I just sat on the stairs on the side, he probably was thinking I left already. BUT as soon as he went out the door, trying to sneak out, I confronted him, and asked him, "hey Frederick how's that, I have an appt booked with you today at 6pm" without being disrespectful or anything, and this SHITFACE, responded like he doesn't EVEN know ANYTHING about my appt, and doesn't give a S**** I told him and showed him TEXT messages with our conversation and saying I just texted him few mins ago, then This DUMBASS says a shitty excuse like, "Oohh I don't have my phone on me, I forgot it, and that he just back 2 hrs ago? The Hell I care?!! You have an appt!!! And that you can't even look at me straight and LIE to my face and the only thing you can keep saying is, "Oh I need to check my schedule" like he doesn't remember anything??!! and as easy as it was he just walked away, without an apology, like WTF you can't check your schedule in front of me tell me you made a mistake OBVIOUSLY you were running away from an appt you had me down for!! That you just didn't feel like doing??! This guy must be a RACIST or something or Even BiPOLAR that he completely doesn't know or just playing D*** STUPID when I'm talking about my appt. like why can't he just tell me that he COULDN'T do it!! I've WASTED 2 weeks!! Just waiting for this appt when I could of booked somewhere else!! If I knew this was going to happen!! !! COMPLETELY WASTE of SO MUCH TIME!! What really gets me is that my poor husband who works 7days a week, with NO days off, switched his schedule with his boss just so I can have THIS appt! For a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER who hasn't Gotten anything done yet, but this far by the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO THIS SHITHEAD who calls himself Frederick! WORST Person EVER!! SO RUDE, and DiSRESPECTFUL!! KEEP A LOOK OUT! He might be switching to different salons again I won't be surprised if SO many others gave him HO
