I specified that I wanted volume set and she told me it was going to be a price of $155 when I finished and I got in my car and I saw how my lash looked. They look like I had a couple hairs thrown on and they look supernatural. Not what I asked for whatsoever and when I called letting her know this isn’t what I asked for, she told me that that’s the work that she does and basically telling me there’s nothing she can do about it. I would absolutely not recommend.

I found Jayna through the Dermalogica website after trying their products and wanting to return to regular facials. And am I ever glad I did. What a great facial I received. Jayna is very professional, great knowledge of the products she uses, and exactly what to use on my skin. With the added bonus of foot massage and hand massage as the products did their job, I felt as if I was on vacation at an exclusive resort. I will be returning to her on a regular basis just so my skin feels as clean and soft as it did after my appointment.
