First, I want to commend the management for their unwavering commitment to professionalism, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction—it's truly exceptional. The recent renovations have given the space a refreshing new look. Jasmin is my favorite masseuse; I’ve been seeing her for three years, and she is a true professional. While I’ve also had massages with other talented therapists, none compare to her expertise. Of all the spas I’ve visited, I wholeheartedly recommend Bali Spa to anyone who truly appreciates a great massage.
I had recently experienced whiplash after falling down from stairs so I went to Bali Spa to loosen up my tensed muscle. Katie was extremely friendly and skilled in neck/shoulder/back bodywork and quickly relieved my shoulder and neck pain, while at the same time made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely return! Highly recommended!
Angela was great, the service was spot on and easy to communicate with. I will definitely come back again and the qualities of the places was 10/10. Everyone was nice and very sweet.
