I have been coming here off and on for the last seven years. never had any issues. I have white patches of psoriasis on my legs. It's never been a issue for me any other time. I told them I wanted the deluxe. which is pedi, Hot stone and some other things. she only worked on my toes and bottom of my feet. Then I said I asked for deluxe package. she said there is something wrong with your legs until u clear them up I'm not doing that. Totally made me feel ugly but also embarrassed. if I am paying for service. Then it shouldn't be a issue. I won't be recommending my friends to go here.

I made an appointment for 2:30pm. They told me to pick my color and sit in the chair and enjoy the massage. I sat for 20min the massage chair was HORRIBLE and painful so I turned it off. Definitely older and outdated. By 2:50pm they turned on the water so my feet could soak. These machines are so outdated they actually used straws to make the bubbles and it was uncomfortable putting my feet on them. They cleaned the tools they used on the appointment that left which took more time so they didn't start on my pedicure until 3:10pm. I eventually had to leave because I had another appointment to get to and asked if I could pass on the polish. My tech was stopping to talk...read full review

I felt like I was welcome there..I had refused to use the service of these people after my last issue at luv nails..but every person doesn't represent a whole race.. I was treated soooo good at Attractive Nails..
