The management is ridiculous I moved out and was told I was paid up to date 2 months later I have a bill in collections for 503.00 the say for cleaning now why didn't the try to contact me to pay the bill instead of sending it to collections. I worked hard to keep good credit and they just ruin that because of ignorance for if they had contacted me it would have been paid. Pitiful manager.

This first, but not the least of problems . . One of my best dress shirts mysteriously disappeared there. There also appeared a strange mark on living room floor. Was it the maintenance man? Who else could it have been, the manager? Someone was in my apartment.
Worse still, Chandll is listed as a SENIORS' APARTMENT. IT IS NOT. I was 49 and many people living there are younger. Some are potential adversaries to others. An older person can not expect the PEACE, QUIET, and SAFETY they would expect since younger persons, of ALL backgrounds, are allowed to rent there, despite management's claims.
