I had an issue with not getting hot water over the weekend and decided to reach out to a local company for help. I’m so glad I called ASAP Water Heaters! Chris was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He quickly helped resolve the issue and also took the time to walk me through some water heater basics so I better understood everything going forward. I really appreciated the great customer service and how helpful he was. It’s always nice supporting a local company that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommend!
These guys are the best. They installed a tankless water heater on Sunday. Fast, proficient, very, very reasonable. Their prices were more than fair.called them Sunday at about 9am and by 1:30pm job done and at a price over a thousand dollars less than nearest estimate. If u need a water heater, these are the guys you call. Chris and assistant were knowledgeable and professional. Call them and see for yourself. Just a great experience from start to finish.
I received a quote from another, larger plumbing service to replace my water heater and it seemed way too expensive to me. I decided to get another opinion and saw ASAP Water Heaters' reviews and decided to get a quote from them. Chris immediately answered and said that they could come over that day. Chris showed up within 2 hours and explained everything and gave me a quote for a higher quality and capacity tank than I was quoted by the other company and at a much more reasonable cost!
Chris and Austin are a small, family based business, not a private equity owned, nickel and dime operation. They did a very professional job and took the time to explain everything clearly… read full review
