The Appliance Guy gave me a 2 hour window the night before and arrived towards the beginning of the time frame. He diagnosed the issue with my stove, had the part with him and fixed it within 30 minutes. The price was pretty reasonable.
I reached out to Appliance Doctor in the early morning when I got an error message on my refrigerator display. Igor responded and kindly did a service call around 9 am the same day. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also left me with a thermometer for my freezer so I could check to make sure everything is working properly. Highly recommend.
Our refrigerator and freezer went out so we called appliance doctor to come and check it for us...Igor arrived within the time frame provided, 2 hour window, and went to work on the fridge...after about fifteen minutes of testing he told us that we had a leak in the fridge and that we had no freon to provide the cooling needed to make it operable. He told us that it could be fixed but that we were looking at several hundred dollars potentially to do so...we made the decision to not have the work done as we had some earlier issues with the unit and decided to not sink more money into it...we were charged a 75 dollar fee for the evaluation which we were aware of prior to arrival, if the work had been done the 75 would have gone towards the cost of the repair...Igor seemed knowledgeable and honest in our opinion...If we need an appliance evaluation again in the future we wouldn't hesitate to call the appliance doctor again...recommend
