Excellent service, we didn’t have to wait long for Igor to arrive. He was able to identify and resolve the issue very quickly. We will definitely call them again if/when we have issues with any other appliances!

Igor came promptly on Sunday at 9am within an hour of my call to their dispatcher. My 4 yr old Samsung fridge was not cooling and freezing normally and after about 2 hrs of comprehensive cleaning and testing of all components, it was fixed and back operating normally.

Igor repaired and saved us money from buying a new refrigerator. Our refrigerator suddenly stopped working, fortunately we were advised to contact Igor, he arrived immediately, after 20 minutes diagnosed the breakdown, ordered a part and our refrigerator worked again! I am very glad that I contacted Igor, and we did't have to spend money on a new purchase of a new refrigerator.
