Animal House Veterinary Hospital is a family owned business. The veterinarian is extremely knowledgeable and a skilled veterinary surgeon who has treated family pets for over two decades. He and his wife, who manages the front desk, are incredibly amazing, patient, and treat animals with great care. They genuinely love pets. They provide great service, taking care of dogs, cats, and even rabbits with skill and compassion. The veterinarian has saved several animals and handles procedures like cyst removals successfully. He is also reassuring, answering phone calls after hours to give advice. The practice offers positive experiences, even for animals that are not easy to deal with, crazy, antsy, or aggressive. Prices are in line with other veterinarians and sometimes a little less. Customers are very happy with the service received over the years and definitely recommend this place. They are always a customer and will be going back for sure.
I've only taken my puppy to get vaccinated here because thankfully he's never gotten sick. I believe this is a family owned business, every time I've gone its just the vet and his wife at the front desk. The vet and his wife have been so incredibly amazing with my pup. My pup is crazy and was super antsy when he was getting his vaccines and the vet (idk his name) was so incredibly patient with him and treated him with great care. You can tell these people genuinely love pets through how they treat them . I always make an appointment but it's always empty when I go. I definitely recommend this place!
Dr. Francis has been our vet for 21 years now. he has saved several of our animals in the past and continues to do so. our girl Bentley was there yesterday for a large cyst removal on her breast and is home and well. his prices are always in line with any other vet and actually a little less to be honest. we couldnt be more happy with the service we have recieved over the years and will always be a customer of Animal House.
My son and I took out one cat to Animal House Veterinary only once, but that was a great and positive experience. My cat isn't easy to deal with when taken to a vet, but Dr. Frances was truly amazing with our cat. I had concerns at first re: my cat being too aggressive and uncooperative but to my amazement, he had no issues with our cat. Our cat even seemed to like Dr. Frances. His wife is nice too. Great family owned business! So far, I love this Veterinary. Thank you Dr. Frances and to his wife too. We will be going back for sure! .
