While walking through the Wynn and shopping at YSL, I had the opportunity to observe Manager Leilei from Allied Universal, and I was genuinely impressed. As I passed by, I saw her pull her security guards aside to have a focused, professional conversation. What stood out immediately was how calm, articulate, and detailed she was in the way she communicated expectations and handled the situation.

Great people at Sunrise Hospital today 10/19. Erika not only had a smile on her face upon us walking in she was lovely and helpful. Ahmere who helped process me through security checkpoint was thorough but very nice. While waiting for friend in ER the both helped outside of there scope of security by helping me find restrooms and cafeteria without me having to interrupt hospital staff. I believe Lt. Fane is thier supervisor and he should be proud of the representation along with safety this pair provide to Sunrise hospital and as a face for Allied Universal in the public. Allied Universal is the Security Organization within our HOA/Community. My experience is they are very inconsistent. For the most part the people they employ are friendly, reasonable and do their job. On the other hand there are employees of the organization (supervisors) who lack professionalism and even find it appropriate to pick and choose the rules of the HOA they enforce.
